摘要
本文首先介绍了工程机械行业粉末涂装的一般工艺流程,总结了影响涂装质量的主观和客观因素;其次提出了粉末涂装最优化工艺和实施流程,制定实现最优化的人机一体化方案,以实现粉末涂装最优化;最后根据现有涂装问题,提出了一种适用于工程机械行业的智能化粉末涂装工艺系统,分析了系统工作原理及对现有工艺的有益性,为粉末涂装在机械行业的发展和应用提供一种实效性研究。
The general process of powder coating in construction machinery industry is introduced, and the subjective and objective factors that affect the coating quality is summarized. The implementation processes of powder coating optimization are proposed and the way to realize the human -computer integration program is formulated as well to achieve powder coating optimization. Finally, according to the coating problems at present, a powder coating process intelligent system fitting for the construction machinery is raised, and its principle and usefulness for existing processes is analyzed to provide an effective research for powder coating in construction machinery.
