摘要
借助于CAE的Moldflow软件,通过浇口位置与填充分析,找到了调温旋钮最优的四腔排列的浇口位置,有利于工件成型的质量;在此基础上进行了模具的分型、浇注、冷却等系统的设计,最后设计出调温旋钮的模具结构。
By means of the CAE Moldflow software, and through the analysis of gate location and filling - process, the gate location of the four - cavity optimal layout for temperature - adjusting knob was found, which contributes to the quality of workpiece forming. On this basis, the mold parting, pouring, cooling and other systems were designed. As a result, the mold structure of the knob was worked out.
