摘要
利用MATLAB/Simulink中的SimMechaics模块集建立了活套起套辊的机械模型,基于节点法建模思想,采用Simulink建立了活套起套辊气动系统模型,根据气动、机械系统的参数关联关系将两个系统模型有机集成起来,得到完整的活套起套辊的机构仿真模型,并给出了仿真结果,根据仿真结果对活套起套辊的气动回路进行了改进,取得了较好效果,对棒材轧机的立式活套器的改进具有借鉴意义。
The mechanism mode of lifting roller of loop is proposed using SimMechaics module in MATLAB/Simulink. Based on the method of node analysis, Simulink is utilized to establish pneumatic system model of lifting roller of loop. The whole simulation model is established combining mechanism model and pneumatic model according to their parameter relationship , so that the full mechanism simulation loop model of lifting roller of loop is obtained. According to the results of simulation, pneumatic circuit of the looping lifting roller is improved effectively, which provides significant reference for the improvement of vertical loop of bar mill.
