摘要
起重机械是一种作循环、间歇运动的机械。载荷搬运并非都是满载运行,起重机小车也不都是处于极限位置,起重机搬运一次载荷即完成一次循环,其钢结构总是受反复载荷的作用,所以钢材要求具有较高的抗拉强度,良好的塑性和冲击韧性,可靠的可焊性和耐久性。文中分析了多种因素对钢结构材料性能的影响,并给出了选用材料及其质量等级的方法。
Crane is a kind of circulation, intermittent motion machine. Handling load is not always full and trolley is not all in the limit position,crane move a load to the target and return to original place as one cycle, the steel structure is always subject to repeated loading effect,therefore steel need high tensile strength,good plasticity and impact toughness,durability and reliable weldability. The influence of several factors on the properties of material is analyzed,and the selection of materials and their quality level is given.
