摘要
在UG 6.0平台下,针对数控编程中出现的过多人为干预,导致编程效率低下的现象,采用NX open、MFC、MenuScript以及UI Styler工具进行二次开发,通过定制不同类型的加工模板,以及借助于工艺参数知识数据库实现加工工艺信息的自动给定,进而实现数控程序的自动生成,实现CAD/CAM无缝集成,提高加工编程效率。
Human intervention leads to inefficient programming based on the UG 6.0 platform. Using the NX open,MFC,MenuScript and UI Styler tools for secondary development,the different types of processing templates are customized,process parameters and knowledge database are used to realize automatic generation of NC program and processing information. So the seamless integration of CAD/CAM is realized,the efficiency of processing programming is improved.
