摘要
针对国内外航空制造业的现状,分析了装配仿真技术在飞机数字化制造中的作用。并以某型飞机垂尾装配为例,对其结构特点进行了分析,给出了装配工装及工艺设计方案,并应用DELMIA的DPM模块对装配工艺过程进行了仿真和验证,充分展示了应用装配仿真技术的优势。
In view of the current situation of domestic and foreign aviation manufacturing industry,the effect of assembly simulation technology in digital aircraft manufacturing is analyzed. Taking an aircraft vertical tail assembly as an example,the structure characteristics are analyzed,the assembly fixture and process are given,the assembly process is simulated and verified by using the DPM module of DELMIA. The advantage of assembly simulation technology is fully demonstrated.
