基于ANSYS的新型对称双螺杆泵泵体的有限元分析

摘要 为了验证新型对称双螺杆泵的实用性,在泵体设计的基础上需要对其进行强度校核。采用简化的方法,将工作液体视为静止液体在一定压强p的作用下对壳体下壁施压的问题,将压力面分割成多个区域来进行有限元分析,证明泵体设计满足强度校核,为泵的进一步分析和工程应用打下了良好的基础。 To verify the practicability of the new-type symmetric double screw pump, body strength is needed to be checked. This paper simplifies the working fluid as a stationary liquid with a certain pressure on the wall of the body. And the pressure side is divided into multiple regions to carry out the finite element analysis. The results prove that the designed body can meet the strength requirement of engineering application.
