摘要 韶山6B型电力机车从动齿轮M24x70螺钉止动片是从动齿轮结构中薄弱环节之一。文中根据止动片实际结构及其不同温度下的材料力学属性,运用三维建模软件SolidWorks建立从动齿轮、止动片、螺钉三维实体模型,利用ABAQUS软件对模型进行有限元分析。通过改变止动片弹性模量、泊松比,仿真分析不同温度热处理后的止动片在螺钉紧固时所受应力和变形状态,并对其进行强度校核。研究结果表明,止动片最佳热处理温度为100℃左右。 Check washer of driven gear's M24 ×70 screw in SS6 B Locomotive is one of the weak links in driven gear structure. According to actual structure and properties of material mechanics at different temperatures of check washer,three-dimensional entity models of driven gear,check washer and screws established on the platform of SolidWorks were analyzed by using the ABAQUS. Finite element method was applied to study distributed regularities of screw tightening check washer's stress and strain under different heat treating temperature with changing Young's modulus,Poisson's Radio.And strength check were carried out. The results showed that the optimum heat treating temperature check washer is about 100 ℃.
