烟气轮机法兰锥体结构及制造工艺改进

摘要 烟气轮机法兰锥体是整体铸造件,加工余量大,加工周期长。文中对法兰锥体的结构进行了改进,法兰部分仍采用铸造成型,锥体部分采用下料铆焊制造,最后将法兰和锥体两部分焊接。既节约了原材料,减少了加工和制造工期,也提高了法兰锥体的整体质量。 As one piece casting,gas expander bearing flange cone existed big working allowance,long period length. For improving work efficiency and reducing cost,structure of the flange cone is improved. The flange was casted,cone was riveted and welded,flange and cone were welded finally. Through taking the measures of improving,raw material was saved,processing and time were reduced,the body mass was increased.
