摘要
根据塑封压机的特殊工艺要求,从伺服油泵选型、液压回路设计及液压模块设计等几个方面介绍了250HS塑封压机的液压系统设计过程。设计研发结果表明,采用伺服控制技术和液压模块设计,不仅省略了液压油冷却系统,节能达90%,而且减少了液压软管的使用,液压回路大为简化,安装维护快捷方便。同时设备运行的稳定性大为提高。
To meet the special technical requirements of plastic press,the hydraulic system for 250 HS plastic press is designed. Selection of Servo pump system,hydraulic circuit and hydraulic module,are introduced. The results show that the servo control technology and the hydraulic module design can not only omit the hydraulic oil cooling system which can save energy up to 90%,but also can reduce the use of hydraulic hose. Hydraulic circuit is greatly simplified,its installation maintenance is quick and convenient.The running stability of the equipment is improved.
