摘要
双小车桥式起重机主梁是主要承载构件,在设计主梁时,只需考虑在跨中的受力状况[1]。文中以双小车桥式起重机主梁为研究对象,提出一种传统的主梁截面设计方法,按强度条件、刚度条件对梁高及自重进行设计,分析了双小车桥吊主梁设计控制条件。
Main girder of double-trolley overhead crane is the main bearing carrier,while designing main girder, the force condition of span is considered only.The main girder of double-trolley overhead crane is studied. A traditional design of main girder cross section is proposed,and the height and dead weight of girder are designed based on the strength and rigidity condition. The control conditions of main girder is analyzed.
