结合生产实际,针对丙酮+空气的碳势控制及影响因素进行分析,从设备、渗碳剂和碳势测量三个方面分别采取措施来控制并稳定炉内的实际碳势,使炉内碳势符合要求,以保证产品渗碳质量。
According to the actual production,carbon potential control and influence factors of acetone and air were analyzed. The actual device,carburizing agent and carbon potential are used to control and stabilize the carbon potential in the furnace. The furnace carbon potential can meet the requirements to ensure product quality carburizing.
