麦冬提取物“抗肿瘤Ⅰ号”小鼠体内抑瘤作用

Effects of radix ophiopogomis extractive of 'anti-tumor NO.Ⅰ' on tumor inhibition in vivo in mice

目的观察植物药抗肿瘤Ⅰ号体内抑瘤作用。方法选用白血病L615、人巨细胞肺癌PG实体型、Lewis肺癌3种瘤株,接种肿瘤后分为5组:阴性对照组、环磷酰胺阳性对照组、样品药物高、中、低3个剂量组,分别给药。其中,对照组灌胃生理盐水,环磷酰胺组50 mg/kg腹腔注射1次,高剂量组以1 g/kg·d连续灌胃给药3 d,中剂量组以同等剂量连续给药2 d,低剂量组仅给1 d。结果样品药能够明显延长615小鼠的带瘤生存时间,生命延长率可达到68.42%,能明显提高615小鼠的生存质量;而其对实体瘤的抑制作用也是非常明显的,监测结果显示其对裸鼠PG抑制作用可达73.54%,对Lewis肺癌抑瘤作用可达61.98%。结论植物药抗肿瘤Ⅰ号具有明显的体内抗肿瘤活性。

Objective To observe the effects of herbal medicine of ‘anti-tumor NO.Ⅰ＇ on tumor inhibition in vivo.Methods Leuaemia L615,human pulmonary giant cell carcinoma PG entity type,3 tumor cell lines of Lewis lung carcinoma were selected and divided into 5 groups after implants of tumor：negative control group,cyclophosphamide positive control group,3 groups of high,medium and low dose of drug samples.All the groups were given drugs separately,of which the control group was given normal saline for intragastric administration,cyclophosphamide group was given intraperitoneal injection of 50 mg /kg once,the high dose group was given intragastric administration of 1g /kg /d for 3 days in a row,the medium group was given the equal amount of drug for 2 days in a row,and the low dose group was given the drug for only 1 day.Results Sample drugs can significantly prolong the time to disease progression of mice,with life extension rate can reach 68.42%,and can obviously improve the quality of life of 615 mice.Its inhibition effects on the solid tumor were also obvious.The detection results showed that its inhibition effects on the PG of mouse could reach 73.54%,and its inhibition effects on Lewis lung carcinoma could reach 61.98%.Conclusion Herbal medicine of ‘anti-tumor NO.Ⅰ＇ had the obvious activity of tumor inhibition in vivo.
