MA Rou,a prestigious TCM doctor's discussion of becoming excellent

麻柔主任医师是国家中医药管理局全国第四、第五批老中医药专家学术经验继承指导教师,全国首批中医传承博士后合作导师。麻主任认为,中医优秀人才的辈出是中医学发展的内在动力和源泉。麻柔主任注重中医学人才的培养和选拔,通过多年的人才培养,总结出中医人才需要具备4项基本条件:中医学博大精深,要成就一代名医不能只靠一朝一夕之功便可以达成,所以立志勤奋是良训;古往今来,名炳医林、光照后世的名医无一不是医德高尚之人,所以高尚品德须兼备;中国五千年的传统文化有着丰厚的内涵,它们对中医学的产生和发展都起了重要的作用,所以古文扎实是基础;中医学是一门经验医学、实践医学,中医学重要的理论和认识都来源于临床实践,所以扎根临床是成才。

Professor.MA Rou was the 4th and 5th batch of instructors of national TCM academic experience inheritance and the 1stbatch of co-supervisors of national TCM inheritance postdoctoral.Professor Ma considered that outstanding talent in TCM was the intrinsic power and the fountainhead of the development of TCM.Professor Ma paid attention to the cultivation and selection of TCM talents and summed up the 4 basic conditions which Chinese medicine personnel needed through years of talents cultivation：as TCM was extensive and profound,it was impossible to become a famous doctor in a short time,so resolution of diligence was a good training;through the ages,all of the famous doctors who were prestigious and left a glorious memory to later generations were of noble medical ethics,so it was necessary to bear noble ethics;as five thousand years of Chinese traditional culture had rich connotation and played an important part in the emergence and development of TCM,so it was basic to have a solid ability of ancient Chinese prose;as TCM was an empirical and practical medicine,whose important theory and knowledge were from clinical practice,so to becoming excellent was to taking root in the clinic.
