参精颗粒治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染

Eeffect of Shenjing Granules on the treatment of children's recurrent respiratory tract infections

目的观察参精颗粒对小儿反复呼吸道感染(RRTIs)的治疗效果。方法选取我院2012年5月—2013年1月间收治的RRTIs患儿80例,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组患儿采用参精颗粒口服治疗,对照组患儿采用匹多莫德口服液口服治疗,2组患儿均治疗1个月,并对2组患者进行治疗后6个月随访,观察对比2组患儿中医证候总积分改善情况、T细胞亚群水平变化及临床疗效。结果观察组患儿治疗后6个月随访结果显示,中医证候总积分改善均较对照组更为显著,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后组CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+均较对照组显著升高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参精颗粒可有效提高患儿自身免疫功能,控制RRTIs反复发作,降低发病次数,并可显著改善患儿中医证候。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Shenjing Granules on the treatment of children＇s recurrent respiratory tract infections（RRTIs）.Methods A total of 80 RRTIs children who were admitted by our hospital from May,2012 to January,2013 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The patients in the observation group were given oral Shenjing Granules,while the patients in the control group were orally administered with pidotimod oral sodution.The treatment course for the patients in the two groups was one month.A follow-up visit was paid to the patients in the two groups six month after treatment.The improvement of TCM syndrome score,the change of T cell subset level,and the clinical efficacy of the patients in the two groups were observed.Results The follow-up visit results of the observation group showed that the improvement of TCM syndrome score was more obvious than that of the control group and there was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）;after treatment,the CD4^＋,CD8^＋,CD4^＋/CD8^＋of the patients in the observation group were obviously elevated when compared with the control group and the statistical difference was significant between the two groups（P〈0.05）;the clinical efficacy of the observation group was notably higher than that of the control group and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Shenjing Granules are an effective drug for the treatment of RRTIs in that they can effectively enhance the children＇s autoimmune function,control the recurrent attacks of RRTIs,reduce the frequency of attacks,and also obviously improve the children＇s TCM syndrome.
