多发性骨髓瘤治疗进展 被引量:1

摘要 多发性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma,MM)是一种在骨髓中的浆细胞异常增生的恶性疾病。浆细胞是构成人体免疫系统的成分之一。正常的浆细胞具有抗体,可发挥抗感染作用。异常浆细胞在患者体内出现单克隆免疫球蛋白,单克隆免疫球蛋白几乎没有抗感染功能。MM患者的浆细胞数量可能正常或增多,但浆细胞的免疫功能是降低的。所以,异常增生的骨髓瘤细胞可在患者骨髓内聚集发展,造成骨质破坏,使患者出现骨痛,甚至骨折。MM好发于中老年,但近年有发病率增高、发病年龄提前的趋势。本文就目前国内、外MM治疗进展作一综述。
