6度区某既有框架-剪力墙结构小高层抗震鉴定实例

摘要 大量的震害表明,对既有建筑进行抗震鉴定并针对性地提出加固处理意见可以有效地减少地震所带来的损失。我国现行抗震鉴定标准仅要求从构造措施上对6度地区建筑物实施抗震鉴定,而未对抗震承载力验算提出硬性规定,与此同时,也未对小高层建筑的抗震鉴定方法予以规定。考虑到小高层建筑受力的特殊性以及不满足构造措施要求的6度区建筑物也可能满足抗震鉴定的要求,文章以前人研究为基础,采用两级鉴定法对6度地区某既有框架-剪力墙结构小高层建筑进行抗震鉴定,以便为类似工程处理提供参考。 A large number of seismic damage shows that seismic evaluation and reinforcement treatment of existing buildings can effectively reduce the losses caused by the earthquake. As the 6-grade anti-seismic zoning,the current standard for earthquake-resistant evaluation stipulates to do seismic evaluation aspect just from the structure measures, but not from the seismic bearing capacity checking. At the same time, the standard do not stipulate the seismic evaluation method of small RC high-rise buildings. Considering the particularity of small high-rise buildings and the 6-grade building may can also meet the seismic identification requirements although it can't meet the requirements of structural measures, this paper gives an instance of seismic evaluation of a existing small high-rise frame-shear wall structure building in 6-grade-seismic area and provides reference for similar engineerings.
