摘要
新疆某硫化铜镍矿石,含镍量较低,在工业开采品位的底限。利用显微镜及化学分析等手段,通过对矿石中主要元素赋存状态的研究,认为该矿石中的镍铜主要赋存于硫化矿物中,粒度分布不均,矿石氧化蚀变稍强,采用阶段磨矿阶段浮选的工艺较合理。但由于磁黄铁矿、墨铜矿与镍铜硫化物的嵌布较复杂,会影响镍铜的选别指标。
The grade of a sulfide copper - nickel ores in Xinjiang province is poor just in the bottom of industrial mining require. Through researching into the occurrence of main elements in the ore, by utilization such as microscopes and chemical analysis, that identified the nickel and copper mainly occurs in sulfurize minerals, which grain size distribution is uneven, and the alteration, the oxidation of the ore is stronger, so the stage grinding and stage flotation is more reasonable. However, due to the disseminated relation of pyrrhotite, valleriite to nickel- copper sulfurize minerals is complex, it will affect the beneficiation indicators.
