3D立体显示技术在多元相图教学中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 相图是材料科学与工程学科的基础之一,其中多元相图为空间结构,形状复杂、难以理解,是教学中的难点。采用Solidworks建立了二元压力-温度-成分(PTX)、三元和部分四元空间相图模型,并采用3D立体显示技术进行处理,建立了多元相图3D立体显示教学课件系统。该系统可以在3D立体显示环境下实现相图的线框、面和体及其混合的立体显示,可以进行剖切、旋转,实现等温面和多温面的动态变形立体显示,3D立体显示效果明显,可以在电子快门式、偏光式和红蓝模式下使用,适合课堂教学,已经在相图教学中获得了良好的效果。 The phase diagram is one of the key courses in materials science and engineering .Multi-component phase diagrams are of complex spatial shape ,which can be hard to be understood .This article constructs the space phase diagrams of binary pressure-temperature-composition (P-T-X) systems ,typical ternary systems and some quaternary systems by Solidworks ,and then all of these phase diagrams are converted to a 3D stereo visualization system .Therefore ,these phase diagrams can be illustrated by wireframe ,surface ,3D solid body or their mixture .Isotherms and isopleths can be realized by dynamic sectioning of the space phase diagrams . All of these can be displayed by the typical commercial devices ,such as electronic shutter devices ,polarization system and color anaglyph systems such as red-cyan glasses .This system has been used in the class teaching of multi-component phase diagram and it is proved to be very successful .
