基于OD矩阵的停车需求预测模型研究

停车需求预测是停车规划和设计的重要依据,针对传统模型割裂了动态交通和静态交通相互联系和反馈的关系,提出了基于OD(起点—终点)出行数据的停车需求预测模型,并设计了模型之间的迭代计算的规则。通过案例对模型进行了应用,应用结果表明,该方法能够有效反映OD对停车需求预测的影响,是一种有效的停车需求预测方法。

The parking demand is important data for parking planning and design . This paper presents an efficient parking demand model ,which applies the bi-level function by using the data of OD matrix .This paper details the key issues associated with the model including design of the model parameters and rule of convergence ,finally uses the above method in the city with establishing the parking demand model ,and gives some corresponding parking development proposals .
