系统地研究"卓越工程师教育培养计划"企业培养这一重要专题,从分析企业参与卓越计划的重要性入手,构建出企业培养过程中的相关制度,为"卓越计划"企业培养阶段的顺利实施提供建议和参考。

“The Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers”is a major reform measure of the Ministry of Education .The“Plan”considers the participation of industrial sectors and enterprises as the key to the successful training of outstanding engineers .Actually ,only by enterprises’ participation in the whole process ,the outstanding engineers who meet the requirements of the cultivation standards can be cultivated . This paper tries to study systematically the important issues of the enterprises on training outstanding engineers .From the analysis on the importance of enterprises to participate “The Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers ,” this paper puts forward how construct the system in the process of enterprise training .It is hoped to provide advice and reference for enterprises training outstanding engineers .
