摘要
为了核技术在我国科学研究领域的可持续发展,结合西北农林科技大学水土保持研究所发展变化现状和已取得的成绩,根据国家的相关法律法规及高校科研院所使用和管理放射性同位素、放射源及60 Coγ辐照装置的特点,从法规、技术和管理等方面提出高校科研院所放射性同位素、放射源及60 Coγ辐照装置安全管理措施。必须强化安全意识,牢固树立"科研必须安全,安全为了科研"的观念;务必保证放射性同位素、放射源和60 Coγ辐照装置的安全,减小其危害,防止放射性事故或事件发生,以维护本地区居民及高校科研院所正常的教学科研秩序和稳定的工作生活环境。
In order to promote the sustainable development of nuclear technology in scientific research field in China ,this article presents safety management measures of radioactive isotopes ,radioactive source ,60 Co γradiation setup in colleges and universities and research organizations based on related laws and characteristics of using and managing these radioactive substances in colleges and universities and research organizations ,and experiences of managing these radioactive substances in Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University . Firstly ,the safety consciousness must be strengthened and borne in mind the sense of“scientific research must be safe and safety is vital for research .” Moreover ,the safety of radioactive isotopes ,radioactive source ,60 Coγ radiation setup must be guaranteed to decrease their harm and to prevent the occurrence of radioactive accidents ,thus to protect the normal teaching order and stable work and living environment of local residents and universities and research organizations .
