独立学院实验室建设及管理探索与实践

Exploration and practice of construction and management of laboratories in independent colleges

根据独立学院自身特点,提出以"集中投入、分期建设、资源共享、专管共用、兼顾安全"的实验室建设原则。在实验室管理上加强制度化、信息化建设,以实现管理达标,并对独立学院实验设备维护、保养工作及实验室安全管理工作进行了阐述,指出现存不足之处,探索具有独立学院特色的实验室建设与管理之路。

As one of the important components of the higher education , independent colleges are higher educational institutions for undergraduates ,which are held by common undergraduate universities and social funds .Based on the unique characteristics of independent colleges , this paper puts forward the following principles for laboratory construction：intensive investment ,phased construction ,resource sharing ,centralized management and sharing system ,security ensuring ,etc .This paper also holds that institutionalization and information construction in laboratory management to reach the standard in management should be enhanced . This paper elaborates on the maintaining of laboratory equipment and the safety management , points the existing problems and explores one way to laboratory construction and management characteristics for independent colleges .
