项目招标管理风险研究

招标管理环节是建设项目管理中最为重要的环节之一,然而,在实际操作中,招标管理存在着很多问题,给参与各方带来了诸多困惑,甚至给国家和企业带来了无法弥补的损失。因此,有必要对招标过程中存在的问题及风险进行深入研究。从招标管理工作流程入手,对建筑项目招标风险管理存在的问题进行了分析,并针对问题提出了招标阶段业主方造价管理的风险控制措施,以期提高招标管理工作的水平和质量。

The bidding management is one of the most important aspects in construction project management . However ,there are a lot of problems in the process of implementation ,which brought a lot of confusion to the parties involved ,even brings to the country and the enterprise can’t make up for the loss .First of all ,this paper summarizes the bidding management work process;second ,carries on construction project bidding risk management analysis of existing problems;finally ,in view of the problems puts forward the owners of the engineering cost management risk control measures in the tender stage ,in order to promote the level of bidding management work and the improvement of quality .
