曾在中国历史上几次作过官方通用语的陕西方言,至今仍然保留了古汉语中的很多古字古词。这些古代字词的用法,就是古代雅言中的用法,与中国历史文化及中华文明史,血肉相连。研究这些字词,对研究中国历史文化和文明史,意义重大。这些字词都有其本来的正确书写形式,不能用同音字詞,随意取而代之。随意取而代之,不仅消灭了这些古字古词,挖了汉语的根基,而且破坏了汉语的统一,抹掉了中国历史文化的一个重要组成部分。

Shaanxi dialect,which served as an official language in the Chinese history several times,still retains many archaic characters in ancient Chinese.Their usage is the kind of usage in formal standard language,which is inseparable like flesh and blood from the Chinese historical culture and civilization history.Research on these characters is of great significance to the research on Chinese historical culture and civilization history.These words have their original correct writing form and cannot be replaced by homophone at will.Replacement of them at will not only eliminates these ancient characters,digs out the roots of the Chinese language,destroys the Chinese unity,and wipes out an important component of the Chinese historical culture.
