In today＇s society, data has become and natural resources, and human resources is also an important strategic resource. How to make full use of agricultural and related data mining knowledge, seek the law resources, improve efficiency, promote innovation, improve the teaching scientific research level, promote the modern agriculture development level, is an important problem to study and can prove the worth of higher agricultural colleges and universities.
