摘要
文章给出了一种电力应急信息报表快速生成方法,对电力应急信息的概念、分类进行了阐述,分析了报表组件的组成,详细介绍了电力应急信息报表系统的架构和生成步骤,总结了本方法的优点,将其应用在电力应急指挥系统中,能解决对电力系统中因自然灾害等引起的各类电力突发事件应急信息的快速填报、汇总统计、整理分析。通过本方法的应用,能够提高应急人员在应急处置中事故处置决策能力,大大提高应急处置和抢修的效率,缩短应急处置时间,把电力突发事件造成的损失降到最低。
This paper designs a quick generation method for the power emergency information report. First of all, the concept of power emergency information classification and interpretation is introduced, and the composition of report components is analyzed, then a detailed introduction of the electric power emergency information reporting system architecture and implementation steps are provided, finally the advantage of the method is summarized. The results show its application in electric power emergency command system can provide fast filling, statistics and analysis for all kinds of electric power emergency information caused by natural disasters. Using this method, the accident disposal decision-making ability of the emergency personnel can be improved, the efficiency of emergency disposal and repair can be greatly enhanced, and the emergency response time should be shorten, the power losses caused by unexpected events will be reduced to the minimum.
