摘要
目的应用B超对杭州、临潼两地健康体检人群甲状腺结节的检查结果进行比较分析。方法回顾性分析2008年1月-2012年12月在空军杭州及临潼航空医学鉴定训练中心体检的27 196例、18 362例健康人的甲状腺超声检查结果,按不同年份比较两地甲状腺结节性疾病的检出率、各年动态变化情况及男女发病比例,并比较两地5028例和3893例甲状腺结节性疾病中甲状腺囊肿、结节性甲状腺肿、甲状腺腺瘤、甲状腺癌等病变的构成差异。结果杭州及临潼两体检中心检出的甲状腺结节性疾病检出率逐年升高(P<0.05),杭州中心各年B超检出率均高于临潼中心(P<0.05),且女性检出率高于男性(P<0.01)。两中心甲状腺囊肿检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),结节性甲状腺肿、甲状腺腺瘤、甲状腺癌两中心各组数据组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论近5年内两中心甲状腺结节发生率逐年升高且女性高发于男性,两中心甲状腺结节性病变的疾病构成比差异较大,揭示B超在健康体检中对甲状腺结节的检查具有重要价值。
Objective Comparative study on thyroid nodules in Hangzhou,Lintong two areas by B-ultrasonography. Methods The data of physical examination of 27 196 cases,18 362 cases of healthy human thyroid ultrasonography were retrospectively analyzed. Patients were collected from January 2008 to December 2012 in Hangzhou and Lintong air force aviation medical appraisal and training center. The patients were grouped according to different years,compare thyroid nodular disease detection rate,the dynamic changes and the ratio of male /female,difference and comparison of cyst of thyroid,nodulargoiter,thyroid adenoma,thyroid cancer lesions in 5028 cases and 3893 cases of thyroid diseases. Results Detection rate of thyroid nodules in Hangzhou and Lintong two center and inspection personnel increased year by year( P〈0. 05). The detection rate in Hangzhou center by ultrasound were higher than those in Lintong center( P〈0. 05). The detection rate of women was higher than that in men( P〈0. 05). The occurrence rate of thyroid cyst group showed no difference in the two center( P〉0. 05),the occurrence rate of nodular goiter,thyroid adenoma,thyroid cancer were significant differences( P〈0. 05). Conclusion In the recent 5 years,two centers of thyroid nodule incidence increased year by year,and occurrence rate was high in women than in males. Two centers of thyroid nodules diseases constituent ratio difference. B-ultrasonography in health examination on thyroid nodules check has important value.
