扶阳建中颗粒防治小儿反复呼吸道感染97例临床研究

Clinical study of 97 cases of recurrent respiratory tract infection prevented with Fuyangjianzhong Granule

目的研究自拟方扶阳建中颗粒治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法将192例反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为2组,治疗组97例、对照组95例。治疗组口服自拟中药方扶阳建中颗粒,对照组口服左旋咪唑,1月为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程,停药2月后进行评价。结果治疗组总有效率为94.8%,对照组为66.3%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟中药方扶阳建中颗粒口服防治小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效确切,治愈率高,且全方药味甘甜微辣,患儿易于接受,颗粒剂又方便患儿长期口服,故适合在临床推广。

Objective To study clinical effect of self-made Fuyangjianzhong Granule in the treatment of chil- dren with recurrent respiratory tract infection. Methods 192 cases of recurrent respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into 2 groups, 97 cases in the treatment group and 95 cases in the control group. Treatment group was given oral Fuyangjianzhong Granule, control group was given oral levamisole, 1 month a course. After 2 courses of treatment and 2 months discontinuation, the effect was evaluated. Results The effective rate was 94.8% in the control group, 66.3% in the control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Oral prescription Fuyangjianzhong Granule has exact curative effect with high cure rate and sweet spicy taste, which is easily accepted by children to take for a long-term, so it is suitable for clinical application.
