桃红四物汤辅助治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折术后42例疗效观察

Clinic observation of Taohong Siwu Decoction assistment in the treatment of 42 cases of after supracondylar fracture of humerus in children

目的观察桃红四物汤辅助治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折术后的临床疗效。方法将84例肱骨髁上骨折患儿按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组(n=42)和治疗组(n=42),对照组给予常规手术治疗,治疗组在术后采用中药口服及熏洗。2组治疗均以30 d为1个疗程。结果治疗组治疗后优良率(95.24%)显著高于对照组(78.57%),2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗组平均住院时间及愈合时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药内服及熏洗治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折术后疗效显著,且疗程短,愈合时间短,有较好的临床研究价值,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe Taohong Siwu Decoction assistment in the treatment of after supracondylar fracture of humerus in children. Methods 84 cases of supracondylar fracture of humerus in children were randomly divided into control group （ n = 42 ） and treatment group （ n = 42 ）. The control group was given regular operation treatment, the treatment group was additionally given Taohong Siwu Decoction assistment, 30 d for 1 course. Resuits After treatment, the excellent rate { 95.24% } in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （78.57%）, and there was statistical significance （P〈0.05） ; the average hospitalization time and healing time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than in the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Taohong Siwu Decoction assistment in the treatment of after supracondylar fracture of humerus in children can get obvious curative effect, with short course of treatment, short healing time, valuable clinical research, worthy of popularization and application.
