小儿肺炎“察辨舒清”护理方法的应用研究

目的观察中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎的护理方法及护理效果。方法 148例肺炎患儿随机分成治疗组和对照组,各74例,对照组仅采取常规护理措施,治疗组采取察辨舒清护理方法,对比分析2组患儿经治疗护理后的临床效果。结果对照组总有效率为74.32%,明显低于治疗组的97.30%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗组患儿对治疗护理效果的满意度高达95.95%,明显高于对照组的70.27%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论通过察辨舒清的护理方法,可有效提高小儿肺炎疗效。

Objective To observe the nursing method and effect of the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine to pediatric pneumonia. Methods 148 cases of pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with only routine care, the treatment group treated with Chabianshuqing nursing method. Comparative analysis of the effects between the 2 groups was made. Results The total effective rate in the control group was 74.32%, significantly lower than 97.30% in the treatment group, with statistical difference （ P〈0.05 ） ; satisfaction of the therapeutic and nursing effect in the treatment group was up to 95.95%, significantly higher than 70.27% in the control group with statistically significant difference （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The Chahianshuqing nursing method can effectively improve the clinical effect in treating pediatric pneumonia.
