中国实施森林认证的影响研究综述

Review of Study on the Impact of China's Forest Certification

对森林认证研究成果进行了全面综述,首先对森林认证的影响进行了界定,紧接着从企业经济效益、林业可持续经营、产品国际竞争力以及社会效益等方面归纳总结了森林认证的影响途径和领域。在指出中国开展森林认证面临宣传力不足、企业认证动力不足、市场需求不足、政府职能缺位等挑战的同时,提出在森林认证工作中中国政府要加强宣传引导并注重森林认证能力建设、企业要积极踊跃参与认证等对策建议。

Based on comprehensive summary of the research results on forest certification in recent years, the paper firstly defines the impact of forest certification, then summarizes pathways and areas about the impact of forest certification from aspects like economic efficiency of enterprises, sustainable forestry management, international competitiveness and social benefits. The paper points out challenges, facing the implementation of forest certification in China, such as insufficient propaganda, lack of motivation from enterprises and market demand as well as the absence of government functions and so on. Meanwhile proposes to exerting the guiding role of the government, strengthening the capacity building of forest certification, promoting the enterprises to actively participating in certi- fication and other countermeasures.
