摘要
为了更好地保护城市河流生态系统,文章采用条件价值评估法(CVM),对城镇河流生态系统服务的非使用价值进行了评估。研究中采用实地调研的方式,进行支付意愿问卷调查,共发放支付卡式问卷550份,收回有效问卷536份。获取公众对松花江哈尔滨市区段的平均支付意愿(WTP)为39.97元/月/户,计算得到松花江哈尔滨市区段的生态系统服务非使用价值为8.262亿元/年。研究结论可在松花江河流治理等方面,为相关单位提供理论依据和数据参考,为松花江的可持续性发展提供科学依据。
Urban river is an important ecosystem on the earth. To better protect the urban river ecosystems, Contingent Valuation Methods(CVM), a method for evaluating the economic value of ecosystems services was applied to evaluate the non-use value of urban river. The willingness to pay questionnaire investigation adopt the way of field investigation in the research. We sent out the payment card CVM questionnaires to 550 respondents, and received 536 usable responses. To obtain the public for the household average willingness to pay (WTP) of Harbin Songhua River section is RMB 39.97 per month. It is calculated that the total annual ecosystems services non-use value of Harbin Songhua River sections is more than RMB 826.2 million per year. Research conclusion can be managed in the Songhua River, provide the theory basis and reference data for the relevant unit, which will provide a scientific basis for the sustainable development of Songhua River.
