摘要
履带车辆在台架试验过程中,车辆实际行驶工况在试验台架的模拟是试验成功的关键。本文通过对履带车辆动力学理论和台架试验台结构的研究和分析,完成了车辆的纵向动力学模型和台架系统的时域数学模型的建模仿真。从试验加载精度和实时性出发,提出了台架试验台的速度跟踪控制算法,并通过实车试验台试验结果与理论计算结果的对比分析,验证了此控制方法在履带车辆台架试验中模拟实际路面工况的可行性和准确性。
During bench testing of tracked vehicles, the key factor for successful test was simulating the vehicle's travelling conditions through the test. Through the analyses of the dynamics theories of tracked vehicles and the structure of test system, this paper completes modeling and simulation ofthetracked vehicles and the bench system. For the accuracy and rapidity, this paper designed a vehicle control algorithm based on speed tracking method which is proved by analysis and contrast of testing data between on the test-bench and real roads.
