“秦胡”的迁徙、流变与秦的民族政策——以六盘山区域考古材料为依据的考察

The Movement and Change of Qin Hu and the Ethnic Policy in Qin Dynasty:Based on Archaeological Materials of Liupanshan

"秦胡",见于传世史籍和汉代简牍。文章以考古材料为主,结合河西简牍和民族史材料,对秦的西戎政策,部分西戎部族向河西的迁徙,先秦时期六盘山区域与河西走廊民族通道的畅通,汉代河西"秦胡"民族共同体形成等问题进行了分析。秦对西戎的政策在开发西部历史过程中发挥了积极作用,秦在对"秦胡"的管理中积累了丰富的管理少数民族事务的经验。

＂Qin Hu＂was found in the historical records and bamboo slips and wooden tablets .The essay an-alyzed the Qin Dynasty’s policy to Xirong ,the reason of part of Xirong nationalities moved to Hexi ,and the formation of the national community in Hexi of Han Dynasty .T he policies of Qin for Xirong has been playing an important role during the western history development ,and the management for Qin Hu has be-came a part of the minority national affairs management experiences .
