汽车企业多元化协同效应研究

摘要 运用协同理论剖析了汽车产业多元化协同效应,在汽车产业多元化协同效应分析的基础上构建了汽车产业多元化协同效应的测度指标体系,引入多元统计学理论方法建立了协同发展定量化评估模型。据此,以福特汽车企业为例,选取了五个发展能力评价指标,通过福特企业2008-2012年的数据,实证分析了三个系统两两之间的静态协同效应与动态协同效应。实证研究结果表明,福特企业的汽车业务、混合动力汽车业务和燃料电池汽车业务相互之间的协同效应一定程度上存在着协同轨迹偏离的现象。 This paper analyzes the synergic effect for diversification strategy of automobile industry,on the basis of defining the development indicators,multivariate statistics theory and system synergy theory can be introduced to establish measurement model for synergic effect of diversification strate-gies,which provides the diversification of automobile enterprise strategy with theoretical directions. In order to validate the proposed measurement model,take Ford enterprise as an example,select five indexes of development capability,select enterprise data during 2008-2012,take Ford motor,Ford new energy automobile and fuel cell car as three system elements,dynamic and static synergic degrees can be analyzed in terms of the proposed model,the results indicate that Ford car business,hybrid car business and fuel cell car business are synergetic each other,but they are not always consistent.
