社区为本:农村留守青少年犯罪风险的社工干预策略——以抗逆力提升为介入焦点

Community Oriented:Social Work Practice of Prevention and Intervention of Rural Left-behind Teenagers Criminal Risk——From the Perspective of Resilience's Promotion

中国社会转型期农村留守青少年违法犯罪现象高发,应创新农村社会管理以应对犯罪风险。社会工作抗逆力理论认为农村留守青少年抗逆力的提升能够帮助其有效应对压力或危机事件,降低违法犯罪行为的风险。但传统抗逆力视角具有过于浓厚的心理学色彩,在实践中易忽视社会环境系统的影响。基于一个整合性及"农村社区为本"的抗逆力理论框架,通过对一个留守青少年抗逆力提升的社会服务项目进行循证研究,以观察中国农村青少年社会工作的范式、资源与特点,并倡导以农村社区为本的、整合性的农村青少年社会工作范式。

Resilience theory thinks that enhancing the resilience of rural left -behind teenagers can help them to effectively respond to pressure or crisis ,and reduce the risk of their illegal and criminal behavior .With too strong psychology color ,the traditional view on resilience ignores the impact of social environment system in practice . Based on the resilience theory framework ,this paper introduces and analyzes a project of promoting resilience of rural left-behind teenagers ,thus to observe the normal forms ,characteristics and resources of rural social work practice in China .Then it advocates the integrated and “community-oriented”normal form .
