摘要
作为发展中国家,中国的首要任务是保持经济增长,只有保持较高的经济增长速度,才能尽快实现工业化和城市化。依靠高能耗、高排放的经济增长方式,中国经济保持了长达30多年的高速增长。目前的这种经济增长方式面临气候变暖的压力、能源枯竭的压力、国际社会压力、战略选择四个方面的挑战。为了保持中国经济增长的可持续性,必须选择低碳增长方式。
