摘要
当前我国房地产行业发展面临着一些不利局面,土地开发、房屋建安、房地产消费等环节潜藏着不同样态及相互关联的金融风险,并受转型期经济、社会环境影响出现了异化趋势。随着经济转型、调整的步伐,房地产金融风险有迫近的趋势。治理房地产金融风险需要通过法律、政策、社会管理手段联合发力,并严密防止房地产金融困境滑向金融犯罪。
Now China' s real estate industry faced some unfavorable situation, land development, housing construction, real estate consumption hiding different financial risks, by the impact of economic, social environmental,the financial risks trend to alienation. With the transition of economy, the pace of adjustment, real estate financial risks were rising. Control the real estate financial risks should go through legal, policy, social managemenl method combined with force, and prevent real estate financial risks induced financial crimes.
