On the Cultivation of College Students' Legal Consciousness

大学生是全面推进依法治国、实现社会治理法治化的潜在中坚力量,是社会主义事业的建设者和接班人,将成为法治建设的重要参与者。其大学期间法律素养的培育,直接关系着其未来参与法治建设与社会治理的能力。就法治社会所要求的公民人格而言,大学生法律意识的核心观念包括主体性意识和守法精神,前者旨在强调大学生作为法治建设主力军应具有的主人翁精神和权利意识,后者旨在强调其责任担当意识。

College students are potential hard core that promote the rule of law comprehensively and make social governance under the rule of law. They are builders and successors of socialism and significant actors in legal construction. By this, cultivating their legal literacy is of great significance that concerns their potentialities which devote themselves to construct rule of law and govern society. As far as citizen personality required by society with rule of law is concerned, the subjectivity consciousness and spirits of law- abiding sit at the core in college students legal consciousness. The first is designed to emphasize their spirits of master and consciousness of rights, the last aims at their consciousness of responsibilities.
