高校引智工作是强校之道,也是促进高等教育发展的重要途径,而引进外国专家成为实现高校国际化的重要方面。本文针对高校引智工作中存在的具体问题,提出了可操作性的建议。各地高校要根据实际工作需要,因地制宜,以提高外国专家聘请效益,优化引智工作。

Talent introduction to a university plays a vital part in the development of higher institutions and higher education. Thus foreign expert introduction is an important aspect of higher institutions＇ internationalization. In order to make the foreign expert recruitment efficiently and effectively, the article summarizes the actual existing problems in the talent introduction, and proposes feasible suggestions to cope with the problems. Each university needs to make suggestions tailored to its circumstances so as to enhance effectiveness of foreign expert introduction and optimize talent introduction work.
