如果仅是阅读两岸官方的文书与代表性谈话,就来定论"一国两制"在台湾存续的问题,可能会产生误判。一个模式是否适用,影响最大的因素不是当局,反而是民意。如何检验"一国两制"价值的标准,本文特从台湾历年来对是否接受"一国两制"的民调结果,进行数字与问卷内容的深入分析,希望了解:1.从民调数字分析"一国两制"对台湾的适用性;2.剖析怎样从民调数字观察"一国两制"是否在台湾存在有发展的空间。

It is likely to make a wrong judgment if we conclude the possible existence of ＂one country, two systems＂ in Taiwan just by reading the cross-Strait official documents or their representative talks. In fact, whether a model can be applicable mainly depends not on its authorities but on its public poll that proves to be the biggest affecting factor. Therefore, based on the years of polls conducted in Taiwan about whether people accept the policy of ＂one country, two systems＂, this article makes an in-depth analysis of the figures and the contents of the questionnaire so as to gain a clear understanding of the possible usability of the policy for Taiwan by the polls＇ figures and the way to observe whether the policy has its space of development in Taiwan.
