共生国际体系的优化:从和平共处到命运共同体

The Development of Present Symbiosis:From Peaceful Coexistence to Community of Shared Destiny

共生是人类社会的基本存在方式。共生国际体系的研究对象是国际社会中各种行为体的组合状态和彼此间的利害关系,分为和平共处、和平共生与和谐共生三个发展阶段。每个阶段的递进都意味着共生关系的优化,并伴随着一系列理论自觉和实践创新。自和平共处五项原则提出以来,经过六十年的发展与完善,中国已逐步形成并发展了和平共处理念。在中国从世界大国向世界强国持续迈进的现阶段,中国正致力于积极建构和平共生理念,并着眼于下一阶段的使命——推动国际体系朝和谐共生方向发展。这就需要中国在坚持和平共处五项原则的基础上,与时俱进地推进共生关系的优化,在对内求发展、求变革、求稳定的同时,对外求和平、求合作、求共赢,推动各方朝着打造命运共同体与建设和谐世界的目标相向而行。

Symbiosis is a basic living form of human society. A symbiotic international system could be divided into three stages： peaceful coexistence, peaceful symbiosis and harmonious symbiosis. The developments of the three stages are also the evolution of the symbiotic relations, which is together with theory consciousness and practical innovations. Since the birth of the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence, China has established and developed the concept of Peaceful Coexistence. Now China is on the road from a big country to a great power in the world. China is actively constructing the concept of peaceful symbiosis and preparing for its next task of the near future, which involves the contributions to the symbiotic direction of today＇s world system. To achieve this vision, Beijing should foster the developed concept of Symbiosis under the background of the changing situations on the basis of Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence. Besides these, in order to achieve the goal of building ＂Community of shared Destiny＂ and a harmonious world with other countries, Beijing also needs to seek development, reform and stability domestically, meanwhile peace, cooperation and win-win internationally.
