微观财政引导社会资金行为模式创新研究

虚拟经济的滥发和非规范性使得人们的投机心理不断增强,货币资金在金融、债券、股票等资本市场上波动巨大。当大量的资金充斥在资本投机市场上时,实体产业资金必然匮乏和萎缩。合理有效地以微观财政行为撬动社会资金,为企业提供更充足的资金支持,缓解企业资金饥渴问题。对微观财政资金引导社会资金有效性逻辑分析以及对微观财政行为耦合社会资金的逻辑斯蒂曲线描述,以期探讨新型投融资平台的构建、网络融资模式、企业融资信息化平台建设和资产证券化四种微观财政引导社会资金创新模式。

The spare and non normative of virtual economy enhance the people＇s psychological of speculation constantly stimulate the fluctuations in the financial, monetary funds, bonds, stocks and other capital market huge. When a large number of funds are in the capital market, capital entity industry inevitable shortage and atrophy. This paper mainly research on how to use Fiscal funds to leverage social capital, to provide more funds to the development of the enterprises, and further promote the innovation and creativity of the whole society. Based on the analysis of the logical validity of micro finance fund to guide the social capital, we give the Christian curve of micro finance behavior of coupled social capital, we discuss the following four specific models in particular： Construction of the new investment and financing platform model, network financing model, the construction of information platform for enterprise financing and Asset securitization.
