大学生创业意愿的调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of the College Students' Entrepreneurial Intention

大学生就业是当前社会普遍关注的热点与焦点,对大学生进行创业教育,培养大学生的创新精神,加强对大学生创业的积极引导与鼓励,把大学生培养成未来职业的创造者,成为有创业能力的新人,是高校义不容辞的责任。对809名大学生的创业意愿调查发现,不同层次学生对创业信息、创业环境、创业教育有不同需求。应通过建立合理的创业服务体系,有效刺激大学生的创业意愿,使大学生创业意愿整体增强,并重点激励高活跃创业意愿向创业行为的转化。

Nowadays, the employment of college students has become the hotspot and focus of common concern to society. It is the unshakable duty for institution of higher education to teach the college students entrepreneurship, to cultivate the spirit of starting a business, to strengthen the positive guidance and encouragement of undergraduate entrepreneurial education, and to create the creators of the future career as well as a new recruit requiring the innovative spirit. The survey on 809 college students＇ entrepreneurial intention found that students in different levels had different requirements of entrepreneurial information, environment and education. By establishing the reasonable innovation service system, we can effectively stimulate the entrepreneurial intention of college students, make students enhance the overall entrepreneurial intention and motivate high active entrepreneurial intention to entrepreneurial behavior.
