中国猪肉产业链价格波动的非对称传递研究

Research on the Asymmetric Transmission of China's Pork Industry Chain Price Fluctuation

利用中国仔猪价格、生猪价格和猪肉的月度数据,从产业链的角度对三者之间的价格波动进行研究。结果发现,仔猪价格、生猪价格与猪肉价格之间存在着长期协整关系,并且通过价格的非对称传递方式进行短期误差调整。价格在产业链间的上行传递和下行传递是不一致的。

Based on China’s piglet,hog and pork price monthly data,we make a study from the perspective of industry chain on the price fluctuation between the them.The study found that there exists a long-term cointegration relationship between the price of piglet,hog and pork,and short-term error by way of asymmetric transfer price adjustment.Prices between the industry chain of upstream and downstream transmission is inconsistent.
