体育管理研究进展:知识结构、理论演进及其特征

Progress of Sports Management:Knowledge Structure,Theory Evolution and Characteristics

为整体介绍国际体育管理研究的现状与发展趋势,以体育管理期刊论文和综述文献为样本,运用科学计量学中的文献共被引方法和可视化技术,对国际体育管理研究的知识结构、理论演进及其发展路径进行了分析。结果表明:近年来体育管理领域快速发展,形成了多样化的研究主题,理论来源广泛;知识结构历时性演进路径整体呈现出"宏观环境-中观组织-微观个体"的态势;体育组织研究处于体育管理研究的核心地位;社会心理学理论与方法成为了体育管理知识结构拓展新的增长点;研究方法是知识结构拓展和理论演进的重要动力。

In this paper, the analysis of the current situation and development trend of the international sports management research was introduced. Papers published in the sports management journals were reviewed through literature co-citation analysis and visualization technique to demonstrate the knowledge structure, theory evolution and development trend of the international sports management research. The result showed that the discipline of sports management had progressed greatly in the past twenty years, covering various topics, and theoretical studies. The sports organization research was the core. The knowledge structure was featured with＂macro-environment, meso-organization, micro-individual＂ mode. The theory and methods of social psychology had expanded the research topics.
