摘要
采用邻二氮菲分光光度法测定茶叶与红枣中铁的含量。结果显示,铁标准溶液在0~2μg/mL浓度范围内,标准曲线呈较好的线性关系,茶叶及红枣中铁含量均较高。研究结果可为人们合理饮用茶叶、食用红枣、补充微量铁提供参考。
The content of iron in tea and jujube was determined by phenanthroline spectrophotometry .The result showed that the standard curve kept good linear relationship with concentration of Fe in the rang of 0~2 μg/mL ,and the content of iron in all the simples was high .Determination of iron content in tea and jujube could provide a reference for guiding people reasonable drinking tea ,eating jujube and replenishing trace iron .
