河南省地方高校体育院系社会化服务现状与发展对策研究

Current situation research of local college athletics department in social service in henan province

运用问卷调查、实地走访等方法对河南省地方体育院系社会化服务现状进行研究,从"校地"体育场地资源共享、人力资源合作、地方大型体育活动的参与等方面进行分析,结果发现:地方高校在地方大型体育活动中发挥着重要作用,但高校体育场地资源社会化程度不高,人力资源合作方面有待加强.最后,依据地方高校社会化服务现状,提出相应的发展对策.

By using the method of questionnaire investigation ,interview and other methods of research on physical educa-tion socialization service areas in henan province ,sharing from the“schools and local”sports resources ,human resources co-operation ,local large scale participation in sports activities and other aspects of analysis .The results showed that local col-leges and universities play an important role in the local large scale sporting events ,but the site resources of social sports level is not high ,the human resources cooperation needs to be strengthened .According to the current situation of social service of local universities ,put forward corresponding countermeasures .
