摘要
采用问卷调查、专家访谈等方法,并借助中国大学生心理健康量表,对周口师范学院大学生太极拳习练者与非习练者的心理健康状况进行测试.结果显示:太极拳习练者与非习练者10个因子项均出现显著差异,尤其是人际关系紧张与敏感、适应性、心理承受力、情绪失调几个因子显现出非常显著的差异.从而得出结论:习练太极拳对改善大学生心理健康状况具有明显作用.
T his study do its survey for the students who practice Taichi and students who do not practice Taichi from zhoukou normal college by adopt the methods of document literature ,expert interviews etc ,and under the help of referring the Chinese college student's mental heath scale .It turned out that ten reasons of the two group are frequently different .Es-pecially for the interpersonal relationship ,adaptability ,psychological endurance ,mood disorder .Thus concludes that practi-cing Taichi is obviously good for improving mental health of college students .
